Most of these started as a bare room and a plan. We do the plumbing, and often the fit-out around it: sanitaryware, wall panels or tiling, flooring and towel rails.

Cupboard to en suite

The cupboard was knocked through into the bedroom beyond to make space for a shower, toilet, basin and towel rail. Re-plastered, new floorboards, all the sanitaryware, tiling and flooring supplied and fitted.

With no existing pipework, every feed was planned from scratch to find the best route.

An older white-tiled bathroom with a bath, replaced with a walk-in shower, a vanity basin and a backlit mirror.

The job post calls it a massive change and a complete new look. The photos agree.
